Established in 2016, Kaleida is a consultancy that partners with global brands on project management, client relationship management, ESG strategy, carbon reporting and operations optimisation. From inception to completion, we work closely with partners to provide senior-level expertise across the value chain, translating complex challenges into clear frameworks that drive delivery, retention and impact. Founder
Kaleida is led by founder Damian Luft, a senior consultant with over 15 years of experience managing client relationships, project delivery and sustainability strategy across multiple industries for brands in EMEA and APAC. His background spans senior in-house leadership and independent consulting, including hands-on delivery of large-scale projects, ESG strategy and carbon reporting.
